Walgreens Pharmacy

The Wait, down computers, and communicate between doctors suck. Will be switching pharmacy. Should not have to go through drive thru twice and wait 25 to 30 minutes each pass for antibiotics. Total waste of my time especially when I already feel like crap. I would normally just let it slide but this is not the first time I have had issues with the pharmacy.

The girl with the red pink hair is straight garbage. They charged us $50 for seven pills normally the whole month isn’t but $107 just took advantage because right out of town. Will never go back here again When I called to complain, the girl actually said she doesn’t make the prices just being a smart ass

I’m not sure who was working today, but whoever she was helped me tremendously. My doctor wrote an OT medication and this woman spent some time helping me find just the right product for my daughter and verifying it with the pharmacist. She was truly helpful. I had a great experience with this pharmacy.

I called the store this morning to try to change one of my prescription locations and was met with an immediate verbal attack. Jenna who told me she is the Pharmacy Manager sounded like she was straight yelling into the phone at me. She said they never had my prescription etc. That's fine, I wasn't angry, I just was trying to figure out what to do next and it felt like she was just straight verbally attacking me. I had her on speaker and even my husband was just as taken a back as I tried to navigate getting information from this women as she cut me off every chance she got. I really like using the Pharmacy in Swansboro but to avoid this horrible start to my day I'm definitely going to Cape Carteret from now on. Just straight disappointment.

garbage service from cashier up front rude millennial that obviously didn't care that she had a job because she could always fall back on daddy to pay her rent. never shopping here again family dollar has 99% of the same stuff and they are friendly and act like they enjoy their life. i should name names but if she gets fired im taking away money from her dads beer fund.
