The PA and nurses were extremely nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Online scheduling was very helpful. The PA responded in the Patient Portal in a timely manner. The kiosk with check-in procedures was very user friendly. The office was clean and they provided bottled water and/or coffee. A large monitor in the waiting room allowed you to see when you would be called back. I will use this office in the future. I was only there for about 1 hour.

First time visit. Super easy to register at the kiosk as soon as you walk in. After that I waited maybe 5 minutes for my check in time. Went to the kiosk and checked in. Was taken back right away. Place is very clean, staff very friendly. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and will have no problem going again if needed.

We had a very good first experience with Main Street Urgent Care. They assisted with the check in when our lil guy enjoying the waiting room LOL, very clean and inviting waiting area, toys clean and safe, we were in and out under an hour. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Helped our lil guy to not be so scared. Thank you so much.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, understanding, and genuine care. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the nurses were attentive and compassionate, and the doctors took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or dismissed. They truly made me feel cared for, which is rare these days. The entire visit was smooth, professional, and reassuring. This was hands down one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. I left feeling taken care of and confident in the care I received. I would absolutely come back here again and highly recommend this place to anyone needing medical care. I usually love it here but not today it was uncomfortable. The pa was very cold, and acted like she could care less to be there and came in very nonchalant. I should have just stayed home and waited to see an orthopedic after Christmas. She said put ice, rest, Tylenol, bandages, but since they couldn't see anything like a break or fracture there was nothing for her to do and if it still bothers me to seek orthopedic
