Called around 1pm to try to book an appointment, immediately got a voicemail saying they will "reopen September 22nd", its December. I called back again the following day multiple times throughout the morning as well as at noon and got the same voicemail. Why even list yourselves as "open"?

Excellent care! Great staff! I am so glad I found Eric Sawyer. He listens so intently & responds to everything so kindly & with great specificity. He figured out why I had vertigo & addressed the cause. Bingo! Fixed it immediately. Two hospital E.R.'s missed the cause. White Oak Medical is great.

Unfortunately was not able to actually see Mr. Sawyer. An appointment was made for 1:00 pm. The person that made appointment was super sweet and did ask that we be there at 12:30 pm to fill out paperwork. On day of appointment we were struggling to get out of house due to an unavoidable delay, however we would still have 15 minutes to get paperwork done! Have filled out “paperwork” a million times before, that should have still been sufficient. The office called at 12:45, we literally had just turned onto road at the office, it would take all of a minute to get out of car. The women from this office today was rude, said, “you were told to be here at 12:30, when I mentioned the appointment was at 1:00 so we still had time, she spoke to me like I was a child, said it’s our policy to re

It has been a great "GIFT" to have an office of professionals that have brought back Family Medicine. Not just for the family, but as a Family.
