My husband actually likes Dr. Wall, which makes this situation even more infuriating—because the office staff and administrative dysfunction completely undermine any quality of care he provides. We spent three and a half weeks trying to get two routine prescription refills—medications my husband has taken for years. During that time, the office never answered the phone, ignored repeated voicemails, and provided zero follow-up. The only way to get any movement was to physically show up. When I went into the office, they printed one prescription from their system and told me they could not issue the second without the doctor’s approval, assuring me they would “take care of it.” They did not. I was told to take the printed prescription to the pharmacy. That required me to drive 30 minutes

Dr Michael Wall is an excellent doctor and his staff is so caring. I actually enjoyed going to the doctor.
