We Love Bayshore- We recently moved to the area and have visited Bayshore several times over the past year. Every experience has been positive. The vet is always thorough, taking the time to explain the next steps and answer any questions we have. The front desk staff is also incredibly attentive, ensuring everything is handled smoothly. One of the things that truly stood out to us was how the admin team stepped up during Maple’s cancer scare. They reached out and kept us informed every step of the way, showing genuine care and concern. Normally, I find doctor’s appointments to be a bit draining, especially when it comes to following up multiple times to get documents or to figure out next steps. My cat was experiencing weight loss and vomiting for several months. I brought her in to be seen. First visit bloodwork and stool tests. Negative. Then she began vomiting more over the next three weeks and I brought her back. X-rays. Found nothing. Doctor said to change her food. Went through a couple weeks changing her food and still vomiting. Noticed a week prior that the cat litter urine was MUCH more and MUCH more foul then it should be. Bought pretty litter. It turned blue. She obviously had a uti. Was kinda thinking “wait shouldn’t this have been ruled out with the simple things on the first visit?” Called to see if they could just treat her for a simple uti. The hospital is very clean and efficient! I went twice with a cat and I did not have to wait. The stuff is very friendly! My cat did great and it was her only the first and the second visits to the hospital ever! Thank you very much for taking great care of my cat!

We came to Bayshore Animal Hospital at 8:45am seeking emergency care for our dog, who was actively hemorrhaging blood from her rear end. This was not a minor issue — it was a frightening and urgent situation. When we arrived, we were greeted by an office staff member who had been laughing in the back. As soon as she saw us, her demeanor changed, and we were met with a dismissive tone. When we explained the severity of the situation, she responded, “So she has some blood in her stool?” We clarified that it was far more serious than that. Her reply was, “Let me see if the doctor wants to see you.” In an emergency situation, that response was alarming and unacceptable. Instead of feeling urgency or compassion, we felt dismissed. We immediately left and went to another emergency veterinary

My boy Ash, had his bits nipped 3+ weeks ago. No issues, healed well. Staff were great. First photo was taken minutes after we got home...he was very stoned :) After 24 hours, we switched to the noodle collar. Much more comfortable for all.
