Walgreens Pharmacy

Poor customer service and delayed patient care. It is such a shame that in the middle of such a rough flu season the pharmacy tech hung up on the prescriber multiple times. On one occasion she even giggled before doing so. This was without knowing if the medication being prescribed was emergent or not. I would hope that the Pharmacist in charge is not condoning or encouraging this behavior. I would not recommend that any prescriber or patient use this particular pharmacy. In the height of flu and cold season we need to ensure patient safety, reliable and responsible care. None of which are a priority for this pharmacy. Such a shame that the quality of this pharmacy has declined in this way.

One of the worst places to go for vaccination. I selected the vaccines I needed for travel, made an appointment, I received a confirmation message on my phone, but when I arrived ten minutes before the appointment, I waa told they didnt carry the vaccines. I don't understand how I was given an appointment for vaccination at this place when I had specifically asked for certain travel 🧳 vaccines; or why the appointment waa not cancelled or didnt have the courtesy to inform me that these vaccines are not with them and where i could get them.

This pharmacy is horrible. Every time I pickup here there is a line of customers and I wait 10+ minutes even though there are 5 employees in the back and one incompetent one working the register. Today I waited for an extremely important medication that I’ve filled many times with no issues for 25 minutes while the employees goofed off in the back only to be told when it was finally my turn that I needed a pharmacist consultation to pick it up, which I’ve never been told before. Convenient for them the pharmacist was on lunch break. So I am now without my medication until the pharmacy opens again after Christmas because they didn’t want to give it to me. I’ve never been told I needed a pharmacist consultation before — I have picked up and had the pharmacist call me later; why they couldn’t

Walgreens Pharmacy has a wide variety of products. I recommend this pharmacy and store.

Jessica at the pharmacy was extremely rude and unprofessional! Won’t be returning.
