My mom was checking me in for an appointment, and they said they accepted our insurance. We had been waiting for two months, and when our turn finally came, they said, “We don’t accept your insurance.” I missed school for this appointment, including a test that I now have to make up. This was very frustrating because we waited for basically nothing.

Can't speak to the doctors, but my experience with the reception/front desk staff was horrific from start to finish. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist did not use the office or doctors' names, so I didn't know if I'd called the correct office. Sound quality on their end of the phone was poor and echoed, so I had to ask for the woman to repeat herself, which led to annoyed/biting responses. They never requested any of my contact or insurance information, which should have been my first clue. I had to call to confirm my appointment time (because they never asked for contact information) which elicited the same snarky phone manners. dr. noroff cleared up my psorasis, i thought nothing would work but she made it happen. she is my miracle worker.her staff is geat, thats one reason why i came back to her, they are wonderful.

Worst experience with front desk people I have ever had. They "lost" my appointment and were both rude and obnoxious. Office manager Raphael is worst . Avoid this place as obviously has gone the corporate medical route.
