Ryan is incredible and a true talent!!! He has an excellent knowledge base of body mechanics and I am amazed during each session. Not only do I feel rejuvenated and refreshed but I always walk away knowing more about myself and to be more aware of any habits that would either help or hinder my performance or recovery. His passion for his craft is apparent along with his goal for providing you with the best care possible. I had been battling sciatica as well as shoulder pain when a fellow Crossfitter recommended Ryan's services. He is amazing. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics, he is one of the few practitioners of PEMF - which has helped me tremendously. By using Ryan, I have dodged another epidural for the sciatica and have massively increased the mobility in my shoulder. AND, last but not least, he's just a sweetheart of a person! Went here recently for a couple sessions on a back pull from a few weeks ago an old lingering upper leg strain. This guy is amazing. Did wonders for me. I’ve found my local guy to keep me playing hockey and playing with my kids for years to come :-)
