CityMD Short Hills Urgent Care - New Jersey

I came here after having visiting another urgent care and still had a horrible cough that lasted 2 weeks. The location is new and easy to get to. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The medical tech was very nice and Dr. John actually spent time with me, asked me questions and provided Medicine that would help me get better. In my previous experience in other urgent care; I’d be lucky if I get 5 mins with the doctor but this was not the case. This will be my new go to location if myself or my family is sick

I was totally impressed with this urgent care facility. I needed a breathing treatment for my asthma. I called and the receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with an appointment. I made the appointment online (easy). When I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to an examine room by a tech. Immediately following my vitals the doctor came in. Dr. Janine Reilly was very professional and cared about my condition. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend their services if needed.

One star is too much for this place. You should be ashamed of yourselves, the front desk male receptionist giggles when a pt tells them about the reason why they’re there. The pt is already feeling sick and you giggle bc you are immature. You need professionalism when you’re running a facility like this. Disgraceful!!!

I went here on Nov 18 because I had a piece of wood that went into my foot. The doctor painfully removed three small pieces then sent me to get x-rays which was a complete waste of time because they don’t reveal wood…never prescribed me antibiotics and my foot continued to hurt. For the next month I continued to walk around in extreme pain trying not to apply pressure at the wound and just thinking it was part of the healing process…on Dec 20 my wife took a look at my foot and pulled out a 1 inch piece that had been there the whole time…I can understand if the doctor missed a small piece but it’s unbelievable a so called medical professional could miss something like that. See the pic for what was taken out of my foot 4 weeks later…

We just got back from City MD Summit and I have to leave a review for Dr. Olga (I missed her last name). She helped to extract an infected earring from my daughter’s ear lobe. She was very patient, efficient and professional. We thank her very much for her help.
