Excellent Doctor. Professional and warm office staff. Dr. Fox took time to first treatment my carpal tunnel before finally having to do surgery. He was reassuring and Surgery went well.

Had a great experience with Dr Fox and the staff at this office. I was able to get a quick appointment without any issues. The check in receptionist was lovely as was the intake nurse, the x-ray tech, and the lovely lady who helped fit me for a thumb brace. Dr Fox took time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options. I couldn’t ask for a better end to end experience.

Dr. Fox Is excellent. Very personable and knows exactly what you need. However, the office staff, while friendly enough, will let you show up to an appointment when they know they are unable to make it. The excuse for this was that my mailbox was full, and the attitude was, oh well I guess she will just show up and figure it out. There was only one attempt to reach me even though my appointment was confirmed via text and the check in was completed prior to my visit. The indifference of the person who said matter of fact that my mailbox was full is really what set me off. I had to leave work for this appointment during my lunch break and this office is 30 minutes away. I have yet to receive a call from a manager although, at this point, what would it matter. They should have at least tried

Office staff was friendly and respectful. Also very clean office and all staff were following use of face coverings and social distance in the office. Modern style office and tools on sight. Dr. Fox was cordial, thorough and explained my issues carefully and he knew exactly what I was talking about in regards to my hand pain. Glad to finally get checked out. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Ross Fox is amazing! He did a bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and I healed beautifully. His offi e staff is very good as well He is highly recommended.
