Walgreens Pharmacy

Sitting at your store in New Caney in 32 degree weather waiting for your store to open at 7AM with an urgent need. It’s now 7:15AM, freezing and no one has opened the store. It appears Walgreens simply does not care about its customers anymore if they ever did in the first place. A quick review of the reviews of Walgreens around the area clearly indicate they do NOT care. DO BETTER WALGREENS!!

Would like to give a 0 star but not possible. I had an experience with the pharmacy on recieving medicine very delayed. As an adult I can tolerate pain. But saying my medice will be ready in 1 hour and actually getting called 5 hours later is ridiculous. Were I draw the line is when it deals with my daughter who is still a toddler. I took her to urgent car the night before at 8pm hoping to have her medice ready for her in the morning but nope. Its already 4 pm the next day and no call. This is unacceptable I will no longer be getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy. Its not just one instant but twice in less than a month. Moving from a 24 hour Walgreens 7 years ago was a huge adjustment. However, no one is ready for the CONTINUED BAD SERVICE that the New Caney pharmacy provides. I walked in last week at 5:45, they had the door almost closed. They started hollering that they were closed and would not be filling a script. I was just sent there not the Kingwood pharmacy who was out of power. Needless to say they were zero help. Fast forward a week later, they never filled the script so I just drove to the pharmacy to ask for my script that they still have in process…. She told me they would fill and text me when ready. DUDE, it’s SEVEN pills. They have consistently been the epitome of bad service for a full 7 years last month. I’m moving to Walmart pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. First, the drive through window was closed and inoperable. I go inside and stand in for 20 minutes. First i'm told they are working on it then to be told that they don't accept the VA community care insurance at that location. They tell me I need to go to the one in Porter. I ask if they can transfer it to that location and was told that their system was messed up, and they can't do that either. So I drive to Porter, stand in line there for 10 Minutes. Wait another 5 minutes, just be told they can't help me because the new caney pharmacy won't answer the phone to verify the prescription. I called to update my insurance. Although I wanted 52 minutes to speak with someone, whomever I originally spoke to said I needed to get my BIN and PCN. I called my new insurance and got that information since we were not given physical cards. I asked the tech if I could enter the information online but she said I’d have to upload a picture so I could just call back. I did that.. literally within the hour. Nadia answered, after putting the phone on hold without saying anything, twice, and already sounded irritated. She was completely rude, unprofessional, and was not willing to assist. She wouldn’t take my information and told me that I needed to come in person which was the opposite of what I was originally told.
