Ideal Dental Valley Ranch

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Everyone here has been absolutely amazing. I experienced trauma as a child at the dentist in Mexico. I came in and needed work done on the part of my mouth and teeth that the trauma happened. I shared I felt fear and the dentist was so caring and nurturing through the whole process of getting my fillings refilled. I must have felt so safe that I was surprised when I started crying. Afterwards I truly felt they healed my trauma and allowed the space for me to release it. I have had to do more fillings since then and every time they are caring. I feel less fear now and completely recommend them 10/10!

Today I was scheduled for my cleaning and exam with Lena and Dr. McPherson. I walked in and Monse made my check-in process very simple. Lena was very gentle with my cleaning and the assistants did great with taking my scans and x-rays. Dr. McPherson was the star of the office. She sat and listened to all my concerns about my teeth and make me feel embarrassed at all. She was very understanding and explained everything I need to get my teeth aligned as well. They even offered me a promotion for Invisalign and were able to start the treatment same day. I am extremely satisfied and happy I found my dental home.

My niece is a patient at Ideal Dental, therefore suggested, that I go there when we talked about me wanting to get a new dentist. I am extremely pleased!!!!!!! The staff is very friendly, professional and they explained everything in a manner that could be easily understood. The office space is clean and has a beautiful layout. I've been going to this office for 4 years now and when I went in this weekend for my bi-annual cleaning the whole vibe was totally different than I was used to. I got checked in and Monse at the front desk was so kind to look into my file and let me know my insurance overpaid for some of my previous work and I had a credit on my account. She very patiently explained my costs for today and the estimated insurance coverage I had remaining. I was walked into my room by Tiana, who carefully took scans and x-rays of my teeth and made sure to go back and get additional scans when she noticed one of my fillings looking off. The extra care in the small details like when I mentioned some bothersome spots, and her taking additional notes and getting more scans may not seem like much, but I truly

My experience with Ideal Valley Ranch dental was outstanding! It was my first visit at this location because of appointment availability. They greeted us with joy and kindness. And to my surprise, my emergency retainers was ready hours before the expected time! We left there happy, with plenty of time left to do our Christmas shopping, and to beat the traffic home. My thanks to all of the staff!
