Review is reflective of unpublished store policy. Visited the store for a price adjustment to recent purchase. Employee and manager stated that all price adjustments must be accompanied by the reduced price items, regardless of having the receipt. Target customer service 800 was contacted, and they instructed the store manager to provide a refund of the price adjustment. There is no visible sign at this location identifying “their” policy regarding price adjustments. Target website does not identify this policy either. Post the policy clearly and/or add it to your receipts and online information pages. I’ve included the store’s posted policy which is the same as the online policy - refunds granted with receipts. I had a very bad experience at this store recently, specifically at the customer service desk. I was assisted by two employees, Melissa and José, who from the beginning showed an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. I went in to exchange several Cat & Jack items, and I was told that only 5 items could be exchanged because “that’s the store’s decision,” which does not align with the brand’s known policy. Instead of clearly explaining or trying to help, their approach was dismissive and lacked empathy. Additionally, José (who was in a wheelchair) was particularly rude and harsh throughout the interaction, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This Target seems a little smaller than some of the surrounding ones. Since it's newly opened, it still looks clean and maintained fairly well (11/2023). The shelves seemed to be stocked well with not too many items in the wrong place. We traveled the whole store without a single employee greeting us or asking if we needed any help. The store wasn't very crowded even though the parking lot was full. The Starbucks within the Target was fast and made all our drinks just right, so that will help inspire us to go back again sometime in the future.

I really enjoy shopping at this Target. The store is clean, the shelves are stocked, and the employees are always friendly. It’s convenient and easy to get in and out. Five stars!

BEWARE!!!! My sister was being followed by a man in the store. She alerted target employees who LAUGHED at her. When they seen she was serious, they called security. The security guy came, along with a girl. The whole time, she was rude to my sister for no reason, making faces, rolling her eyes. My sister also let a manager know, who said they couldn’t do anything about it!?!? Be aware and alert of your surroundings!! Target obviously does not care about the safety of their customers. Beyond devastating and frustrating. TARGET - DO BETTER!
