Let’s try to sum up what a horror this place was. First: misspelled name and wrong birthday in the chart. Have to take a urine sample: WRONG PATIENT ON THE CUP. Wait to see “doctor”, NP comes in and starts talking nonstop about her personal life. I am a new patient and I’m not asked any history or anything about why I am there. I was there for medication refills for adhd and anxiety. NP tells me she can’t prescribe my adhd meds and doctor is IN VIETNAM. Says they “write a list of patients and meds and send him a photo and he’ll send the refills”. 1) that’s illegal to send control substances or really any prescription when you have not seen the patient and aren’t even in the country. 2) that’s WILDLY a violation of HIPPA to be taking photos of private patient information and sending it phon

Joi says I have to tell her what I already told the nurse because she doesn't read the chart... Really, because I thought that was part of your job. I can't believe I gave this place a second chance. When this was told to another doctor her jaw dropped. During the same visit the blood that they took was not even tested and I was told I had to come back in and give more blood. When I went back they couldn't after trying 3 times. I guess the test for my circulation was a fail too because I have not gotten any results for that either. This isn't even all of the unprofessional events that has happened to me at this office, but they are what happened most recently. I have never had an issue with going to see a doctor, but after all that has happened I have so much anxiety about going anywhere n

If I can give 0 stars I would but the app don't let me . My sister had a horrible experience she has covid and she is high risk she went to see Dr. Reed and was prescribed a antibiotic which he wrote wrong directions. Pharmacy let me know I needed to call off so doctor can correct it. I called front office staff were so rude kept placing her on hold and did not come back on line. Several times front office would say we called which they did not. My sister was with no medication for 2 days until they finally called and this time it the pharmacist called me personally to tell me which means all other times they did not call. Notice I say front office because when my sister would call and ask for so she talked to front office would hang up on her. Front office needs more customer service trai

I have been a patient of doctor Le for several years. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. He listens and cares. His staff is super friendly. I see complaints about wait times, but thats because he spends times with his patients and addresses their concerns.

Dr Duc Le has been my Dr for quite a few years. He's really a great Dr. He listens and cares about what you're saying. Then he tells you what HE thinks is going on :) he's always right too. I moved to Galveston and cont to drive up North houston area (except for video chats during pandemic) to see him!!
