My daughter was having intense stomach pain, so I brought her here. The receptionist was so nice and knowledgeable, we were greeted very warmly by her! I loved that I could just fill out the paperwork and scan my own ID/insurance on my phone through a link she sent me. It only took about 10 minutes to be called back. The nurses were so patient with my waddling 10 year old! They needed a urine sample, but even with a whole bottle of water in her my daughter was struggling. The nurses never rushed us. Once we did get a sample and a diagnosis, the doctor was extra nice to pull me aside and explain everything. She even called me a few days later to make sure my daughter was feeling better, which I don't think I've EVER experienced at an urgent care. I wish I remembered her name, but it honestl

My 2 year old needed staples after an accident so I brought him here since it was so close. Ray at the front desk was super helpful and nice. They got us back pretty quick. The doctor was great I didn't catch a name but she was so calm and easy to talk to and I got all the information I needed to care for my son after his staples. It’s always super clean and easy to get in.

Well this place is something else...I took my wife in right at open the other day and she had 1 person infront of her but it still took 2hrs to do xrays and in the mean time I was waiting in the car with my potty training daughter and she had to pee. Now I didnt want to take her in to urgent care because I didnt feel it was necessary to risk her touching something and getting sick so she went in her little potty in the back of the car with the doors closed until she needed assistance pulling her pants back up. A few minutes later a cop knocks on my window and asks me for my information and why I'm there. He then goes inside to verify my story and comes back out to apologize BECAUSE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES CALLED THEM SAYING THERE WAS A LITTLE KID RUNNING AROUND NAKED OUTSIDE OF THE CAR...this

They got me in quickly enough and saw me as they usually do. However, they were in a hurry to get out and I was in a hurry to get to the pharmacy before it closed. I asked them to please just send the script and they did. However, the script they sent was for a medication to which I have an allergy. The next day I showed up when they opened and then told them of the issue and asked them please fix the script ASAP. The provider wasn't in when they opened, so I left hoping they would have it sent within the hour. I then had to call back and ask if it had been sent. The condition I had, if left uncontrolled, would be serious. Then they finally sent it. Now, i'm not trying to be mean, but I am allergic to ONE DRUG. Why is that not on my chart?? I even told the nurse, I am allergic to XXXXX.

I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care! Every time I’ve had to visit, the staff has treated me with kindness and respect from the moment I walk in. They are always friendly, professional, and truly care about their patients. The doctors and nurses listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure I get the treatment I need to feel better. I always leave feeling cared for and on the road to recovery.
