Texas MedClinic Urgent Care - New Caney

Amazing! The staff is wonderful and friendly. The Nurse practitioner Emily was so nice and she explained everything to me as far as what she thinks I need and why and I loved that. I really felt well taken care of by everyone there. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Erica is amazing. She ALWAYS takes good care of us, she listens and she genuinely cares. We never feel rushed. There's no fear mongering just facts, and she tells you what you need to hear! The entire staff is amazing, always so kind, patient and caring. We get in quick, the wait is never long at all! Dr. Emily is super sweet as well and makes you feel at ease. The nursing staff is very personable, and front desk is super kind too. I would come here over a family doctor any day! We’ve gone more than once and they always treat us like family. Just waiting for Dr. Erica to open her own practice! We will be the first ones there lol

Everyone was so nice and patient with my two young girls. They talked me through every detail. The NP was fabulous!!! Will definitely come back here in the future for urgent care needs.

I just want to take the time and say highly recommend this place. I hurt myself last night. I didn’t wanna deal with going to the emergency room so I went in this morning. The staff was amazing. The doctor never have I ever met a doctor so nice and caring. People always take time to give bad reviews, so I’m taking the time to let you know if you ever need to go to an emergency room this is the place you will not regret it.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰

First time using an urgent care. I had a bad cough and had chills and low grade fever off and on and I was afraid I couldn’t get in to see my regular dr Monday and I was suppose to leave on vacation in 4 days so I wanted to get this issue fixed real quick. Although the internet showed they weren’t open on Sunday I took a chance and called them and they weren’t open open! So I made an appointment the same day, they sent me the forms to fill out at home so by the time I got to the clinic everything was completed. I had to wait maybe 10 min. The nurse that took my vitals was nice and welcoming. I saw their PA. I told her my symptoms and she prescribed something for my cough and an ant. I was out within 30 min. I would recommend this place for your emergency care.
