The entire staff are great! From the front desk Ms. Vanessa was able to get us checked really quick and Ms. Shea triaged my 12 yr old. The NP Paul is amazing! Very knowledgeable, willingness to make sure I understood the dosage time to give the meds my daughter needed to take. I would recommend anyone to take their children to this Urgent Care if they live close by! Thank you all so much!
I love this office. Everyone is so kind, professional, and non judgmental. Vanessa checked me in quickly and Michelle and I both agreed that the scale was a liar and deceiver! (don’t believe it ladies! You are more than a number on a scale. Especially if you have hips, thighs and draggin a wagon!) Paul is a great provider. He listens intently, educates and prescribes appropriately! I’ll be back… hopefully not too soon though! lol
Vanessa at front desk, Michelle, the MA and Dr. Jacob Birnbaum were so cordial, prompt, caring and very professional. They took really good care of me! Thank you to all three of them. Adela Mendez
