Java was VERY professional and handled my ear treatment with care. The Dr even said she was very knowledgeable. Not only she was creative with solution based ideas, she was very attentive. I was able to walk out with comfort and ease.

Java was very unprofessional and unhelpful on the phone. All I needed to know was what my copay was the last visit I was in and and they really refused to go in the system and in my chart per my request. I will never return here. Express care in forest hill can have my business instead. I was transfered on the phone without being told I was being transferred too and the lady just goes how can I help you? With no prior knowledge of my call and I wasnt about to go into details about it all again. This place was very rude and treated me awful. And their response to me saying they were very unhelpful was "okay" she was glad she didn't help me and it made me sick to my stomach. I already feel like I'm dying right now and they didn't care at all I really need to be seen and needed to know my cop

Went in on a Saturday night near closing for a painful ear infection. I was in and out and the staff could not have been nicer. NP Ash is kind and caring.

I’ve been a patient here several times. I’ve always been seen quickly, the staff and practitioners are efficient, and everyone has been kind.

Chantel was extremely nice wen I told her I was embarrassed she answered all my questions to reassure me I was normal and shouldn’t feel werid coming in plus she had a suggestion that I could try something before I come in ofc at my own discretion but she was extremely helpful and saved me from a embarrassing situation
