Expresscare Urgent Care Center Forest Hill

The receptionists and nurse was nice, but the doctor seemed rude. She just seemed to brush off the fact that I wasn’t feeling well and made me feel guilty for even coming in. She also made me feel stupid and seemed a little judgmental, not to mention she even mocked hearing me clear my throat. I would not recommend her to anyone. I felt like it was a complete waste of my time there. I work with little kids and they tend to spread every little germ, so I was just making sure I didn’t have strep since I seem to get that very often…and I still don’t buy the fact that I am “fine” when it feels like I am swallowing razor blades on one side of my throat.

The receptionist was very patient and kind. The staff, med techs, PA were professional and knowledgeable. It was easy to access notes from the visit, I used the I lined check in , was able to make an appointment , and the facility was clean and welcoming .

yes, everyone is always outstanding always the check-in is always lovely and it's just always a very, very nice experience and a very fast experience and the doctor on Call this evening. She was fabulous. All of them are but tonight she was just really wonderful. I'm so grateful for you being just a few minutes from my house thank you thank you.

Everyone was very friendly. The med tech was very efficient and explained everything she was doing and why! The Dr. was very knowledgeable. She took the time to ask me questions and she explained everything in a way I understood. Very good experience!

Wait is unexpected, we have been waiting for 2 hours and am still yet to see somone. At least offer water or an update if you are going to keep somone waiting especially if they have a small child. It is not easy to keep a todler entertained and sitting in one place. I have been here before but wont be coming back.
