If you value your time and/or money do not use this provider. After insisting I pay for a balance that had been previously paid (poor accounting), we were imprisoned to a room to wait for 28 minutes with no "Doctor". All the while patients that had checked in after us were already checking out. Poor execution. Don't waste your time.

The staff at Forest Hill Pediatrics is truly exceptional. From the moment you enter, their kindness and willingness to help create a welcoming atmosphere. It's rare to find such genuine compassion in a medical office these days. We love Forest Hill Pediatrics!

My son has been a patient here forever and I’m not sure I’ve ever left a review! I can’t say enough good things about everyone who works here. Shelly always talks to me like she remembers my son and I and the other lady who answers the phone is just as sweet! Always able to get us in if needed. The nurses are great and of course Dr. Grace :) She spends time with my son and really pays attention. Feel super blessed to have them all when we need them.

They are great here. They are compassionate. They listen to you and know what they are doing. They are everything a pediatrician should be. I can only give them 3 stars because it is essentially a guarantee that no matter the time, no matter what they say, your appointment will start late and run late. If you pick an afternoon appointment, be ready for it to start an hour late.

Dr. Grace and all of the staff made it a point to remember my kids from the moment we became new patients. It was so warming. I have been in more contact with a pediatrician during this pandemic than in all of my kids years combined and they handle each and every appointment/call with grace and it is very appreciated. Dr. Grace is warm, compassionate, friendly, and informative. So glad we found her! We were previous patients of Dr.Fridberg and any doctor that she decides to run alongside in pediatrics is great in my book!
