Main Street Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics of Forest Hill

Dr. West is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, straightforward, patient and understand. My son came in today with extreme anxiety and tears, he wouldn’t even open his mouth. She spent over an hour talking to him, calming him, teaching him about what she was going to do next. She offered anything possible to make him more comfortable. She never gave up on him and we finished the visit with a smile and a hug. This experience is what’s going to make him comfortable in a dental office for the rest of his life.

Update: My sons regular dentist wouldn't pull his tooth they said it was in an awkward position. Well I took him here for a consultation and they pulled it for him. That tooth has bothered him for a few weeks now. Every dentist I called said they don't treat kids under 11. This office and the wonderful staff are amazing. I would definitely recommend this office if you are taking your child to the dentist for the first time.Orignal post: They are such an amazing group of people who work here. Extremely happy with our visit. This was our first time here. They are great with kids! I took my 2 year old for his first visit and the Dr. was the one who cleaned his teeth which i was very impressed with. He didn’t even cry or put up a fight, they knew exactly what to do. For my 6 year old they did great with as well, explaining the cleaning process and listening to his needs, for example if he needed to rinse his mouth they would do it right away. So happy I decided to go here.

My son had his 2nd row of braces put on and Lindsay was the Technician who helped the Doctor and she did such an Awesome Job!! The Orthodontist Dr. Sencak was so Wonderful the day he received his second row. So friendly and nice the whole staff is from the moment you walk in til the time you leave. I would recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

They saw us quickly, worked with my schedule, and had calm and clear communication. They took time the same day to fit in two much-needed extractions for my son and didn’t push a bunch of extra unnecessary dental work. Overall great job!
