Absolutely do not recommend! Our child was well past due for a 2 year well check, on his birthday may I add, they scheduled him for his 2-3 yo well check. I called that morning to clarify the time of his appointment. Once we got there and went to check in, we were told that they attempted to contact us and rescheduled his appointment for the next day. Not only, A. it’s his birthday! Happy Birthday sweet boy!! But, B. He hasn’t been seen in over a year and past due for some very important vaccines. I am not one to typically do a review but my child’s well being and health should be respected and not only that, but they need to understand not everyone has transportation. I've been going here for about 4 years I think my son and daughter have had dr Delagarza ive had 4 of my friends switch to him! He is great with kids has been a huge help with my family!

I am not typically someone who leaves reviews however, this pediatricians office is absolutely horrible. The issue I brought my son in for was not addressed. I feel we were not listened to by the provider. She seemed to dismiss every concern. I made a follow up appointment but, do not think it's wise to return. We did not receive any answers. Dr. Delagarza is the only good thing this place has got going for them. Unfortunately we do not always get to see him and get stuck with those who do not care enough to listen.

I was a patient here for many years before I left. My previous physician was good, and gave me the help i needed. However, they left and the people in their place are terrible. They have horrendous record keeping. I got my blood drawn and they somehow lost my results, I’ve just now found out I’m anemic, and I was definitely worse at that time. They did not care to correct it, especially when I was showing obvious signs of anemia. I have been suffering for years due to their negligence. On one of my last few appointments, I went in to request a medicine dosage increase and I was waiting for TWO hours. This place is terrible and unprofessional. I encourage you to not bring your children here, PLEASE go somewhere else. These people do not care at all about their patients.

If I could give them 0 starts, I would. They called and asked me to bring my son in for another heel stick at 2 weeks old. The voicemail they left stated that there was nothing wrong with the results but the paper used at the hospital was outdated. I politely declined. They then told me that the blood had went through the paper and they needed a new heel stick. I said no. Then they stated that the results were inconclusive. I still said no. When I took him in for his check up, they told me then that they had never received any results. They could not get their story straight or give me a solid answer. When I said no at the appointment, they told me it was required and went ahead with the heel stick. They stuck his heel four times even though it was not necessary. When I requested my childr
