CVS Pharmacy

I am absolutely stunned. Who is sending out those "your order will be ready at 6pm" alerts, because they're a complete lie. I wasted over 20 minutes crawling through a drive-thru line that was moving at a glacial pace, only to get to the window and be told to give them another 15-20 minutes. Are you kidding me? The person working the drive-thru was, without exaggeration, the slowest, most incompetent cashier I have ever witnessed in two decades of shopping at CVS. This level of service is a total disaster. What is actually going on over there?

Had two refills that were called in on Friday. Didn't bother to refill until Sunday. Remember guys, you can choose Prescription Pad.

I don't remember what I put so I'm going to write another review wonderful the lady that was running the cash cash your check both times I went was wonderful to me I didn't know what the heck I was doing and she helped me out both times excellent customer service

Reordered Metformin and was advised it is out of stock. Would be ready Friday. Was told on Friday that it is still out of stock and should come in Monday. Leaving town so I tried to have it transferred to another CVS. Could not because this store had it on order and they would have to call the new store to transfer. Left voicemail, but got a message on Saturday that my order was ready for pickup. Got the order, but instead of 90 day supply only got 60 day. How can a CVS store allow such an important drug like Metformin run out of stock. Terrible service

Very great customer service. I messaged after a pretty dramatic change on my prescription’s price, and was called back in LESS THAN AN HOUR to notify that they had fixed the mistake. And one of the fastest pharmacy’s with the most convenience.
