Kiersten is incredibly inflexible as a provider to an extent that is unprofessional. I asked for help with insomnia and she suggested one medication and I asked for alternative options because the one she provided was not directly labeled for sleep and was being used off label and was a psychiatric ssri medication (I have personal bad experience with ssri psychiatric medications) and was told absolutely no and referred to a different provider. Despite suggesting a lot of other potential options that are actually made for insomnia she told me she was unwilling to be flexible in any way. She made it very clear she did not care that I am unable to sleep. For my physical I explained that I had therapy services already and did not want to complete a depression scale paper with somebody who was

Kelli is awesome. She takes the time to listen to me and even tells me things I don't necessarily want to hear regarding my health. I feel like she cares about my overall health and wants me to do what is best instead of what is easy. I can't say enough good things about her care!!!! I highly recommend her as a provider.
