Prescription Pad of Marion

I just want to give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Leslie! Everytime I have an issue big or small, with my insurance she is so willing to stand in the gap to get the problem fixed! Leslie is the epitome of how a Certified Pharmacy Technician should act. She treats you the same no matter how many times you need to speak to her, to resolve an issue. She is on top of the game. She is definitely one of the most important assets to this Pharmacy. If you haven't given Prescription Pad a chance, she will definitely make you feel as if you're the only client she has! I have been a customer here since they opened. I was at CVS and also marion pharmacy. I never had anyone at at either of those pharmacies to search for savings coupons or do so much on prior authorization. Any time I call Leslie hames she helps me so much. She is so friendly and loving and she knows how hard it is financially on a person so she goes above and beyond he duties. I truly appreciate Leslie and Dalton the pharmacist as well there couldn't be any better people. I have seen some bad reviews on friendliness and yes some of the help could use a dose of friendliness that works the window but that's with any business. I promise you though behind the lines Leslie is saving you money and watching out for all your medication needs.

Absolutely greatest pharmacy I've used! And the only one. Their staff are very nice and will help you in any way they can!

They were quick and had my prescription on time. However, the staff was not very friendly. They were listed on GoodRX's website, which is why I chose to get my prescription here, and then told me that they didn't take GoodRX and I wound up paying double what I would have elsewhere. They need to get that addressed so others who may not be able to afford their prescriptions know what to expect when they get their medication.
