Ingles Pharmacy

Sign says walk in appointments available for vaccines. we had no trouble with this before and i under appointments are easier. We liked the pharmacist here who helped my daughter get her vaccine the first time so much she asked to come back her for the next dose. Sadly this time we were met by a rather rude lady who asked if we had an appointment (which is fine) i said no mam we didn’t plan this just saw there was no-one here and she is due for her next dose. She rudely replied well you will have to make an appointment then. I asked why do they advertise walkins welcome if they plan to only do appointments. She was very rude which was my main problem. I also think in the time it would have taken to get her scheduled for an appointment she could have done the second shot. i kindly left wit

Ingles pharmacy is quick to answer the phone and they’re always willing to help out! Drew is always so kind and friendly. I’m glad we have such a great pharmacy in town!
