The staff has always been very friendly, and I’ve consistently felt taken care of, almost like family. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 20 years, so I tend to notice how offices are run, and this is easily one of the most modern and well thought out dental practices I’ve seen, especially in the ways that actually affect patient care. I’ve needed quite a bit of dental work after living for about 10 years in an area without fluoridated water. Because of that, I’ve had several appointments so far. Out of the seven visits I’ve had, I probably had to reschedule around five of them due to things going on in my life. I cannot say enough good things about this office. I have pretty severe dental anxiety, and going to the dentist is incredibly hard for me. From the moment I walk in, they treat me with nothing but kindness, patience, and compassion. They have held my hand during panic attacks and never once made me feel embarrassed about my anxiety or my financial situation. They truly understand that not everyone walks in with the same resources or the same comfort level, and they meet you exactly where you are. I feel safe here. And that means more than I can put into words. I am so grateful for the way they care for their patients — not just medically, but emotionally too. Dr King and his surrounding staff were great. My husband was a new patient that unexpectedly popped a front tooth crown off and they scheduled him very quickly and developed a plan for fixing the problem and took care of him. They all are friendly, very professional and made us feel welcome and I knew I had taken my husband to the right place.

What a great experience at Marion Family Dental. I was having some issues and they got me in same day and wasted no time in taking care of me. The staff was super friendly and the facility was state of the art and also immaculately clean. I am relatively new to the Marion area and am so happy to have found my new dental family!

Mrs. McSwane is an incredibly patient, passionate hygienist that will take great care of you. I had a lot of work done, callus build ups, tartar build ups and it was beneath the gums. The hours that she spent working diligently, she was so excited to see the outcome and so was I! My mouth has never felt so better before, I can smile with confidence because of her! Thank you a ton!
