CVS Pharmacy

Just wanna give a shout out to the cashier at the front register yesterday, at Rock Spring Road. CSHR#2167922! She helped my wife and I with some coupons we didn't even know we had! I am retired 22 years ago when salaries compated to now were basically 2 apples and a squirrel! So money is TIGHT! Every little bit helps and she found a couple dollars for us. That means a little more money in our pocket and a little less in CVSs, but people like her keeps us coming back to CVS. THANKS! Mr.& Mrs. John A

I absolutely hate calling CVS because a human does not answer. Then you are left with some AI voice that tells you to leave a voice mail. In this day and age, where is it that a simple question cannot get a simple answer. Apparently it’s CVS.

The worst experience I’ve ever had getting prescriptions. Pharmacy had questions on two prescriptions and had sent an email to doctor. I explained to them I was leaving the state the next day and asked them to call doctor instead to clarify the order which they refused to do. So I had to leave the state with no pain pills or insulin for to help control my diabetes. The worst.

Calling cvs sucks! They’re ai is trash and non helpful.
