We adore NP Lisa and that is truly the only reason we are still with them … however the answering service is TERRIBLE, i couldn’t even hear the person because there was so much background noise , i was told my child’s sick visit was at 1130 this morning , i confirmed it with call center 2x before disconnecting only to drag my already sick child out to be told at the front desk that the appointment wasn’t until 245 !!

This place really sucks! They do not work with single mothers and because they want their appt and money they want to see children for no reason. I also even asked to go to their clinic (which they can see in their system) but they keep wanting her to go there. It's for her meds for her ADHD she has been on for sometime now, they only want me to come in just to a BP check which the nurse at school does there and also I am in the medical field I check it as well. But they want her there just so they can make a bill. They don't understand their staff is VERY rude!!! I do not recommend them if you are a single mother and can't get off work because they don't have anything around your time it only when it's their time and when I pull up just to see sometimes or go passed they are slow. Do not take your child here. It was my daughter’s first and last appointment here today. None of the doctors or nurses introduced themselves or got to know us at all. In fact, it was halfway through the appointment (and after they did a surprise finger stick on my daughter causing her a lot of distress) before I realized they were doing a school physical. We weren’t there for a physical. I had to stop the doctor from running from the room to get her to “talk” about the actual reason for the appointment. I say “talk” because she didn’t actually listen until I literally told her what to do. And she didn’t even write the referral remotely close to what my insurance will accept. Probably because she never stopped to ask about my insurance. Seriously, don’t take your kids here.

We love the docs here. We moved 5 yrs ago out of area and still come here. But.. I may switch due to someone that answers the phone. He doesn't listen, doesn't solve the problem u called about and is overall rude every single time I talk to him. I have told them this is becoming an issue and now i have to ask to speak to the ladies in the front desk everytime I call . Can't stand this guy so much they may lose business because of one guy. Like I said great docs and general staff ,other than the one bad apple

Disappointed with this practice. Can't ever seem to get a referral when needed. Also, called after hours due to a concern about my newborn and basically got screamed at by Lori jones because it wasn't an emergency. Lady, if it was an emergency I'd be at the ER.
