The store has good hours, is clean, and has a good staff. But it’s always so busy that we don’t wanna go there. The Pharmacy in particular is so swamped that we try to avoid it at all costs. We do like the credit card on file system that they have for my mother. Being connected to pharmacist don’t live in town when you call in is also an annoyance. I wish it would get better, but we’re concerned it’ll get worse under the ownership of a private equity firm.

Never have my rx in stock.. even when I order it well ahead of time. waited weeks for things to come in. Constant calls back and forth. Extremely long wait times once you get there. Some of the people working there are really nice nothing against those workers but some are just awful and rude.

Walgreens has everything one may want or need. My only issue is that every month, one of my Diabetic meds is out , and is then late 3 to 4 days. That's every month. So, I switched it over to an online pharmacy.

Brenda is a very friendly, professional checker that assists you efficiently with a courteous human nature that can make you smile 😃

I went to Walgreens store #04142 on Saturday, June 14th to purchase a few things. There was only one employee running the entire front, including photo. Freya, the cashier, was the definition of grace under fire. This exceptional employee was polite, efficient and unfailingly apologetic about a situation that was completely out of their control. They turned what could have been a very negative situation into a positive experience. Freya deserves recognition (and a big raise!!) for being such a dedicated, caring employee.
