Hands-down, one of the best pharmacies in Boston! I’ve been working with my Pharmacy customer care representative Brenda for over a year. She is so good, caring and understanding and on top of her job so much so that I had my mother‘s prescriptions transferred over to her and I’m doing the same for my children! I Her knowledge of all of my mother‘s medication is so helpful. If I can give it a 10 stars, I honestly would

Watching this medical culture is crazy ...."in and out" is the saying for a quick doctor visit....and the consistency in miscommunication between departments is insane ....

So, I use them just for my daughter's medication. Not all, but some of the staff are extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment. 😒 I hate that they allow the homeless to hang out in there. It's not really family friendl, and that's sad for a hospital pharmacy. It's not really all that clean if they can't keep it clean they shouldn't allow people to eat and drink in there. The lines are way to long and never have I ever seen all the windows open It's always one or two, sometimes 3. It's always a long waiting period. If you have the option, I suggest you just have them deliver your medication because it can be extremely overwhelming for some people. And I also think they need to have a security guard in there at all times. There have been numerous occasions I seen people shooting up

by far the most anxiety inducing and least accessible pharmacy I have ever been to. Packed waiting lines almost every day, they move the little line signal belt all the time and it gets super confusing as to where you are supposed to go, got accused of cutting after waiting 30 mins because of it. People that look very cold and skinny and moving like a zombie outside get no medical attention or help and are simply left to rot in the hallways and outside the facilities. Don't even try getting an uber here just walk somewhere close by and get an uber from there if you need to go here. Waited an hour for an uber home once because no one (30+ ppl the app cycled thru.) would accept the uber request until I walked 10 mins away

I have an appointment for colonoscopy and they didn’t put the prescription order for the liquid I had to drink the day before of the procedure, if I hadn't called the pharmacy I will never realized that on time and most probably I would have had to reschedule the appointment that I waited for several months. After realized that I had to call different places to be able to fix that for myself, getting transferred many times and waiting more than 30 minutes on the phone. I also had to call to have an idea of the steps to follow before the procedure, I called 2 times bc the first time they hung up the phone. The two person that answered the phone was so rude showing their lack of vocation to care for patients.
