I’ve been seeing Stef at Root and Sky Wellness for almost two years, and the difference has been incredible. I originally came in with severe knee pain from playing in an adult basketball league, and after just one session I felt noticeable relief. Beyond the physical benefits, acupuncture has also helped me feel calmer and more balanced overall. The cupping at the end of each session is an amazing bonus for muscle tension.
