Franklin St. Dental - Dr. Richard Brewer

Dr. Brewer is an excellent dentist and a nice person. A couple of years ago I needed a crown and a couple of wisdom teeth removed. He did an excellent job. Thankfully no major problems and just cleanings since then. His staff are wonderful, too. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Richard Brewer at Franklin Street Dental coming up on 2 years. In fact, both my husband and daughter see him as well when visiting Boston on the first Saturday of each month. Dr. Brewer is a very friendly, highly skilled dental professional who always puts you at ease and keeps you informed every step of the way when servicing your dental needs. His staff are also quite friendly and professional in helping to support clients as well as Dr. Brewer. Recently, I had my two front teeth replaced with a composite bonding material. Dr. Brewer did a phenomenal job in replacing my old teeth with veneers that look and feel so natural! Karen at the front desk provides a warm welcome and draws on her exceptional experience running a dental office to do what's best for the patient. Calvin the assistant is friendly, thorough, and attentive. Dr. Brewer is especially down-to-earth, amiable, and engaging and has a gift for thoroughly explaining the science and techniques involved in a dental procedure, as befits a highly skilled dentist who also teaches at Tufts Dental School. Dr. Brewer and his team made my dental operation seem much more like I was participating in a group project than undergoing a surgical procedure. I can’t recommend this office highly enough.

Dr. Brewer has completely changed my perspective—he takes the time to explain everything and ensures that you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. Additionally, Karen at the front desk, is an absolute gem! She’s incredibly kind and is always so helpful, whether it’s scheduling or answering any questions I have. I had a great experience during my last appointment at Franklin St. Dental. My hygeniest, Lianna, was very professional and did an awesome job cleaning my teeth, answering all my questions, and making me feel very comfortable. Following my cleaning, I met with Dr. Brewer and he continued rhe positive experience with his checkup and response to my remaining questions. Finally, Karen at the front desk was very professional and courteous with greeting me on my entrance and my exit with scheduling my next appointment.
