Where do I possibly begin? I first started coming to The Method in 2022 to finally get the root cause of hip pain, with Jaxie. Since then it has evolved to healing and improving almost everything. I see Claire now and she’s the best. There are no set backs, just things to improve upon. She knows when to push me and when to lighten up. She’s helped me come back from minor injuries to major surgery. They are all so active in the community, popping up at all the local fitness studios and partnering with run clubs. They all truly care about helping you to feel your best and I’m so happy to call them friends now!
I highly recommend the METHOD PT as an alternative to traditional PT or if you need to jump-start your recovery. I'd done pelvic floor PT a few years ago, but felt like I needed something structured and strength-oriented to get me going again. Maddy has worked with me to develop a plan to strengthen my core (without aggravating an umbilical hernia and my DR) and to address lingering hip pain as a former collegiate athlete. Two months in and my strength has improved tremendously. I have a good plan in place, and Maddy is encouraging me by giving me exercises that push me harder. I cannot recommend the METHOD and Maddy enough!
I just finished three months of PT here and had a wonderful experience. Julia was great to work with: knowledgeable, educative, attentive, personable, and fun. I had been dealing with a groin injury from rugby for about a year, and was just coming off a frustrating experience with another PT provider which felt very copy-and-paste and lacked 1:1 attention. The individualized, 1:1 sessions here were a refreshing change; Julia used a comprehensive approach to treat my injury and educated me on everything we did. I’ve come away feeling stronger, healthier and more knowledgeable about my own body, and even have a personalized gym plan that Julia developed with me over our time together. I can’t recommend Julia and The Method enough- worth every penny!
I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience at The Method, and specifically with Dr. Julia Muller. Through word of mouth I found my way here to help with a nagging issue. From my initial outreach ‘contact us’ form everyone has been responsive, professional, and helpful. The intake phone call was thorough and had me think that this team actually cares! Julia has been wonderful to work with. Highly knowledgeable and easy to talk to, we remedied my issue much faster than I expected. She also educated me on what was happening that caused my issue, and why the movements and recovery plan work. This is incredibly helpful to address any recurrences in the future. The Method has been a great experience. 10/10 would recommend.
ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO START FEELING BETTER! I figured my lower back pain would be with me for the rest of my life, but Dr. Kendall had other things to say... now I am back on the weightlifting platform and even competing again this coming weekend. Dr. Kendall works with you to properly assess/diagnose, then builds a PT/workout plan catered for you and you only... all with these and more in mind: work/personal schedule, equipment/gym access, both short and long term goals, feedback on previously assigned exercises. She is crazy smart and is super passionate about what she does... you really can't beat that.
