WIC - North Utah County

Staff aren’t really friendly, like at all. They don’t understand time management so you have an appointment let’s say, 2:30pm and you’re waiting in the waiting room for an hour. The appointment itself takes an hour or longer so just expect to spend your whole day here, have your child fussy and tired because they’ll just sit around unfortunately. On top of that one of the front desk staff was coughing the entire time which isn’t considerate to new borns or just kids in general. This place needs some serious customer service help and the understanding of parents with schedules.

We've been coming here for years and my toddler has finally aged out. This office in particular has been nothing short of amazing. They're so kind, welcoming, and patient. My husband works crazy hours so we can't always make it to appointments and they're always so willing to work around our schedule or accommodate us. They're waiting room is always clean, and all the staff is so polite. We will miss them for sure!

Time management is horrible here you will sit in the waiting room for over an hour , it’s really frustrating no reason my appointment was at 3:39 and I am still in the waiting room at 4:48 . Staff are not friendly also when booking expect 2hr of your time to be wasted

We are very grateful, everyone is very kind and friendly. Our 2-year-old son always cries when the doctors and nurses examine him or take his blood, weigh him or measure his head for tests, but with "Ester" he never cries and it is a happy experience for him. We can see her love for children and her job. She is amazing and it is also worth highlighting her great ability to take blood samples from children.

I've gone to this location several times and have always had a great experience! The staff are welcoming and friendly, and everything has gone smoothly whenever we come in. They even give me little "bonus" stuff, like a pack of diapers/pull-ups and a book for my little one, which I'm really grateful for. I have very variable income, so I didn't qualify for a while, and when I last came in, I was worried about whether we'd qualify. The lady doing our intake explained the qualification criteria clearly and reassured me, saying, "WIC is here for whenever you need it. So when you're doing well financially, you can get off it, but don't hesitate to reach out whenever you're struggling." That made me feel better about my situation.
