What a terrible experience. I completed all intake forms online ahead of time, only to be required to fill out the exact same paperwork again, once I arrived at the office. This was scheduled as a Periodic Comprehensive Preventive Medicine visit, yet two additional charges were added that were not appropriate. I was billed $223 for an Office Visit Level 3 (99213) simply because I answered a question about a prior issue that I did not bring up or seek treatment for. I was also charged $40 for a Visit Complexity Add-On (G2211). When I asked what this charge was for, I was told “ we just add this charge to some visits.” I have no prescriptions, no issues, just a routine check up. All in all a $549 for a check up visit, wild. I was experiencing pain in my hip and could feel sharp pain shooting down my leg randomly and it hurt to walk. I went in to the clinic to hopefully find some relief, I had never pinched a nerve before but I thought that's what might be wrong or that I somehow pulled my muscle pretty bad. The doctor and assistant asked me how I pulled it and when I told them they just looked at me like I was an idiot and then suggested I go to physical therapy with no suggestion or medication for the pain. The pain persisted for days, I could not sleep or walk, I cried almost everytime I had to get up. Days later I learned from my primary care physician that I had shingles. The wait wasn't long so that was good, everyone was nice and friendly. However I couldn't tell you who the doctor was because he didn't even introduce himself. He walked through the door and sat down at the computer and asked some questions then walked out. I was on the other side of the room and he never even look at my busted up wrist and hand. I've had more personal interaction over tele-med! Terrible bedside manner!!! The only reason I gave any stars was due to the fact the staff was so helpful!

Don't accept cash payment?! How is that even possible? I'm a waitress and literally only have cash, so what an inconvenience it was to be told I couldn't pay my bill. It's a scary world to think an urgent care can't process a cash payment. However, Dr Howard was absolutely amazing. If he could be our pediatrician I'd take him in a second! Super kind, great with my two year old, and listened to every concern.

Nicest front desk people EVER. Then one of the front desk ladies brought around snacks and water for everyone. So sweet. Give her a raise.
