We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dr. Brian McCune and the entire team at Utah Valley Pediatrics. We first met Dr. McCune during an initial consultation before our son was born, and he spent nearly an hour with us answering questions, listening carefully, and offering thoughtful ideas for us to consider. We never once felt rushed, and it immediately put us at ease as first-time parents. Since our son’s birth, Dr. McCune and his staff have been absolutely wonderful with him. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about both the child and the parents. We’ve especially appreciated Dr. McCune’s open-minded and thorough approach to vaccinations. We met with Dr. Dooley twice, and while she has decent bedside manner, everything else about this clinic feels cold. From the staff to the signs on the wall, it doesn't feel like they truly care. My daughter had pink eye so I made an appt to get the necessary eye drops and it took us 45 minutes of being there before the doctor came in to give us the prescription and be on our way. That's a long time to be stuck in a room with two littles and a newborn. Also as many others have described, they require you to set up a well check in order to have your sick kid seen - how absurd, expensive, and annoying for very busy families. Also, I'm not sure how strict they are about requiring you to make additional appts for other questions, but that was just the cherry on top of our experience at this cl

I had a great experience with this pediatrician. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My child felt comfortable during the visit, and I felt confident in the care provided.

Got to the office much earlier than expected, thought traffic was going to be heavier. In the lot at 8:00 AM, the office doesn’t open until 8:30 AM. It was super disappointing to see most of the staff (at least 6 staff members) arriving and parking in the closest parking spots available to the office before they opened. Honestly pretty unprofessional. We do love Dr. Allen though, so that’s why I’m happy to give 3 stars. But really, there are mom’s with babies and car seats and sick kiddos that shouldn’t have to be parking in the back on the lot and walking all the way up, because the staff thinks they should be able to park closest to the building and leave their cars their all day.

Stephanie helped us after hours. She actually listened to me and got my baby the help we needed. I felt so heard and taken care of. She is spectacular
