Alpenglow Dental Saratoga Springs

I have been going to Dr. Faerber for years! He is by far the kindest dentist I have ever used. Any procedure he has done, has been excellent. He is so personable with his patients. He always remembers details about my family and makes sure he asks about them. I definitely recommend this dentist!

Had a consult for a tooth that was causing issues. He was very patient, polite, and explained what my options were as well as the results of those options. He is a very kind man who truly want to help other. The office staff is very polite and knowledgeable, and were able to find a referral in my insurance coverage for what they couldn't do.

NOT RECOMMENDED Maybe I caught them on a bad day. The office is beautiful, the people are nice enough...Others leave good reviews but my experience is that the cleaning was very poor. The attention to detail and being thorough didn’t happen at all. I still need to go somewhere else and get the cleaning done. I can still feel lots or areas they didn’t even get touched with the cleaning buffer. The girl was nice but admitted it was her least favorite thing to do... well it shows... and it wasted an hour of my life and the fee I paid. The dentist wasn’t much better. He gagged me with the suction tools several times... I had water running down my neck and into my collar, no help from an assistant while he was grinding on me so his focus was on the grinder, not the suction wand. Thankfully no

I have never had anything but exceptional service with this Office! We switched over after not loving our last dentist. They take the best care of me and both of my kids. Truly going above and beyond each visit. Every single person who works in the office is so unbelievably kind. We love our dentist office!
