She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every part of the process to me. I felt very comfortable in her chair and really appreciated her professionalism. The administrative side was a bit of a headache. After Devin quoted me a price for a crown, I went to the front office only to be quoted an amount that was nearly double what we discussed.
