⭐ 1 Star Review – Beware of Billing Practices and Lack of Communication I normally don’t post reviews, but after three unanswered attempts to resolve a billing issue, I feel obligated to warn others. Before my procedure, I asked for time to review my insurance benefits. I was told by Dr. Modem that this wasn’t necessary because the office had my insurance info and the treatment was “100% covered.” Based on that assurance, I agreed. Weeks later, I received a $188 bill. Again, I had initially asked for more time to review my insurance information before making a decision but was rushed into the decision as Dr. Modem assured me that she had all my insurance information and that it was "100% covered". No one mentioned I was near my annual maximum or that I could owe more. Had I known, I would

I take my son to West Roxbury Dental Arts and they are always so pleasant and friendly. I have gone there as well. Always a great experience every time. They are very accommodating if I need to reschedule an appointment and very flexible. I just made an appointment to take my soon to be 1 year old daughter there!

Dr. Srismitha, is very professional, caring and gentle. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Milly the receptionist, welcomed me with smile and make you feel at home. Sasha the Dental Assistant knows what she is doing, which is very important for the Dr. and the patient. Also the hygienist Leo. Is the best, very gentle. I will highly recommend this place for your Dental care. It is a place you feel comfortable. Thank you to you all.

West Roxbury Dental Arts were very accommodating when I had to reschedule an appointment last minute after getting the flu. Dr. Modem did amazing with my cavity filling and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

Dr. Modem and the staff are very attentive and caring! They make a plan for your care from the very first time you are there and take the time to explain any concerns you may have. They are also amazing with kids so if you have a family this is definitely the place for you.
