It's not cool. The very same brand name ozempic I got here months ago. The pharmacist said Medicaid did not cover, and they couldn't fill. However, I went around the corner to Walgreens, and they filled the prescription, saying there was no problem with Medicaid covering the ozempic brand name.
I witnessed Karen being extremely rude to my sister during a call to the point Karen even hung up in her face. My sister called back to ask Karen if they knew each other and had an issue … Karen said “I’m sorry I’m just tired” not a valid reason when my sister was very respectful to her.
I love this pharmacy! Emmanuel is so nice and professional! The prices are great and the refills are ready so fast!
