I called and asked if they did pelvic ultrasounds, they said yes and even gave me the price of how much it would be. I go in and say I’m here for a pelvic ultrasound, the woman says okay and has me fill out my paperwork. I was in an excruciating amount of pain in my lower back/pelvis/abdomen. I tell them this, plus it was very visible how much pain I was in, I couldn’t even stand straight. I go back to the room and the Doctor says “we don’t do pelvic ultrasounds here” so first off they completely lied to me. He then says “you just have a UTI I’ll give you some antibiotics”. Keep in mind I have ZERO symptoms of a uti and am almost in tears I’m in such bad pain. I tell him this and that I really don’t think it’s a uti. He shrugged it off gave me antibiotics, charged me $125 and sent me on my

I came on an extremely busy day but the staff was kind and helpful. I met with PA-C Elman Hernandez he was patient, informative and allowed me the space to discuss all of my concerns without feeling rushed even though it was a waiting room full of patients.
