Peachtree Immediate Care - Austell

I had a great experience at Peachtree Urgent Care. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and efficient. I made an appointment and was seen quickly with very little wait time. The medical assistant, Precious, truly lived up to her name. She was excellent at making me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety with her kind and caring personality. Ugh She made a big difference in my visit. The doctor was awesome as well—professional, attentive, and thorough. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was a positive and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend Peachtree Urgent Care to anyone looking for quality care with friendly staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at PeachTree Urgent Care in Austell. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM, but upon arrival I was told no one was in the office to see me and they didn’t know how long it would be. When I asked if this happens often, I was told yes. That is not respectful of patients’ time, especially when appointments are scheduled. I was there for a simple prescription refill and expected a quick visit. When the staff and provider finally arrived, the provider did not come in to speak with me directly at first. Instead, the medical assistant came in asking whether I had insulin on me — which I did not, and that is exactly why I came in. The lack of direct communication created an unnecessary barrier and added to the frustration and wait time. I was eventually able to

The waiting area was neat. the receptionist was very helpful, especially as correction of my online registration was necessary. The PA was calm and friendly, as was the doctor who was thorough in examination and explaining what needed to done. I was very comfortable in their care.

pleasant experience. clean offices. helpful staff. np was very knowledgeable. i still had to go to the e.r., though, because of my symptoms & risk factors. p'tree immediate care is my go-to urgent care provider.

I wish I could give a 10+.... They truly made my 62nd birthday great! No opiates! No pain! I'm in the medical field (they didn't know) but when the shoe is on the other foot the pain hits different! If I EVER have a problem & can't get in to see my spine doctor I'm going to this place. From check in, to medical assistance to doctor, all superb! I didn't have an appointment but was taken back in less than 10 mins! Thank ya'll!
