Austell Family Dental Care

Called late at night to answering machine because I was in so much pain and needy immediate extraction. This wasn’t anywhere close to my house but the agent on call said they do emergency extraction. Made the appointment and was told everything I needed done could be done today, X-rays , consultation and eventually the extraction. Before I ever saw the doctor I tad ppl coming in telling me I need this and I need that. I saw the hygienist who suggested a deep cleaning. They have this new high-tech X-ray machine that they wanted to use BESIDES the regular machine( more money) I took a total of about twenty five photos for this one extortion I needed. Still haven’t see the dentist yet after being there 1 and 1/2 hours. I was getting uptbc I needed to get this done bc I’m in pain mind you. I

I really wanted to try this dentist but after reading Lisa's review, I've had the same experience too many times with dental offices. I understand you are in business to make money, HOWEVER, you will make more money if you retain satisfied customers who then make referrals. #how many customer's are you losing out on!!!

Dr. O and the staff is an awesome group of people. They are friendly, accommodating, and puts you at ease during your appointment. They were absolutely a hoot during open house for Invisalign specials. Great team!!!

Top notch dental care! I cannot recommend this team enough! Never has a practice manager gone over my dental insurance plan with me until this visit. I had no clue what good insurance I had! I found out I have the option of three cleanings a year and adult orthodontic care! Shout out to Stephanie for showing us all of our options!! From check in to check out everyone was smiling and pleasant and eager to work as a team. Bella is the most responsible amazing caring professional young person I have met in a very long time. At the time of my visit I didn’t know just how young she was! She is wise and mature beyond her years. She took my X-rays and did my in house whitening. She was gentle and explained everything she did. She was very concerned at all times for my comfort. Thank you to Sarah

I had a really good experience that Austell family Dentist. It was my initial visit. I had a pleasure of meeting Kimmie, Sarah, and Dr. O. The service was impeccable and very professional each individual that you interacted with from a dental assistant hygienist to the actual dentist, were very thorough and explain, the process of what to expect which I thought was a great touch considering you’re in a dentist office. The staff made me feel comfortable and I will be continuing my dental care at this practice. I give them five stars across the board.
