My experiences with Dobbs Family Health & Wellness Center have been outstanding! The office is calm and clean, and the staff is friendly and inviting. I was able to complete most paperwork online before my appointment, and therefore, I was pulled from the waiting room almost immediately, at my appointment time. Once the preliminary procedures from the nurse were completed, I waited less than 5 minutes for Dr. Dobbs-Jackson to come in. Dr. Dobbs-Jackson is amazing! At each of my appointments she is very personable, a great listener, & truly knowledgeable. She cared about getting to know me, at my first visit to the practice and has shown the same care at every follow-up appointment. Amazing group. Front and back staff are friendly and professional. I am 65 and have never received the care that I have been receiving since becoming a patient. Yasmine Enmon takes time with you and goes over your history each visit. Always makes me feel comfortable and looked after. I am blessed to have found them.

My appointment was at 11:00 am I got there early for my appointment. They pulled me back to the room at 11:05 am I sat there for 45 minutes with no communication from nurse or MA I could hear Dr. Dobbs outside of room talking with patients and staff they never came in to check on me. I had to cancel my appointment. Very unprofessional. MA Very rude I liked doctor Dobbs
