I felt very welcomed upon entering the building. Everyone was so nice. Office was not crowded at all. Dr. Barcelli came in, introduced himself and was very welcoming also. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough Doctor. I really feel that he is possibly the best person to take care of my health needs. He took the time needed to ask questions, answer my questions and I now have a plan moving forward. I will be working with him very hard to try to get me to better health. After one visit I feel very comfortable with putting my healthcare needs in his hands. Also my nurse was very helpful, supportive and patient with me also.

Not crowded. I was checked in quickly, attended to by very kind, efficient and skilled nurses. The doctor who attended to me is a Nigerian, very open, and took me through the process step by step, and made sure I understood what he is trying to tell me. He was very thorough with great bedside manner. I will recommend him and his organization to anyone who may need his services.

My family has been a client of Dr. O and his staff for several years, and we have seen significant improvement in the level of service over time. Dr. O has an excellent personality and a strong bedside manner. He is deeply committed to providing high-quality care to his clients. His professionalism is exceptional, and I highly recommend him for his thorough and attentive approach to his work.

Had lab work done. I received the results of the lab work and some of the results came back in the abnormal range. I waited to hear from the practice. I didn’t hear anything and the portal stated the results had yet to be reviewed by the office. I then sent a message stating my concerns. Still no response. After another two weeks I was contacted by the office. The nurse who contacted me, Olivia, presented to me what I considered an unconcerned attitude. She said she didn’t know what happened, “sorry.” When l mentioned leaving a review of their practice she actually laughed. I believe that patients deserve a higher level of care and concern. I am now researching other nephrology practices in the area.
