This was one of the worst healthcare experiences my family has ever had, and it raises serious concerns about patient safety, communication, and basic standards of care at this hospital. After my mother’s surgery, the surgeon spoke with us briefly once. After that, we received no meaningful updates about her recovery. Days later, staff began discussing discharging her without ever consulting the family or explaining her progress. Attempting to discharge a post-surgical patient without proper communication is unacceptable. Families deserve clear information about recovery status, wound care, and overall condition. My friend has been here in the in patient burn center and has been receiving excellent care. The staff on the floor has been attentive, compassionate, kind, and professional. The gift shop is good and has all the necessities and then some. There is a great little cafe that also serves starbucks drinks at the main entrance. I love that they restrict entry to one access point and require photo id. There is no charge to park, hallelujah, and the parking lot feels safe. They even have a cart that goes around to pick people up so you don't have to walk far. I would definitely recommend this location.

I want to thank the Nursing Staff for my dear friend Diana Bernard in room 286. Blessing was the charge nurse a great woman of compassion and dedicated spirit, she really loves her craft. To all the CNA's who keep her spirit raising the bar to a new altitude, it takes special people to care for others. To all the Nursing staff both first abd se ond shift, you guys carries the torch and embrace each parient with total love and devotion. I had to have surgery & I have my appendix removed today which is January 23rd 2026. Had a wonderful surgeon team and would like to say that Very staff very caring and compassionate would like to say thank you. But unfortunately as well though they have been some very unprofessional nurse staff and security staff for this facility. Very rude nurse 's & security staff on the second shift team. need to have a little bit more professional people as a team for care service and their families. I have also had two nurse's & doctor's to tell me verbally that they hadn't read @ all about my medical care or condition.
