Weis Pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with how prescription refills are handled at this pharmacy. I called when my prescription was about to run out in four days, and I was told to “call back in four days.” That means waiting until I’m down to one pill which is unacceptable, especially when it falls on a Sundays and medications are not prepared in a timely manner. Patients should not be put in a position where they risk missing doses because of poor planning or rigid policies. There should be a system in place that allows prescriptions to be prepared at least 1–2 days in advance, with notifications when they’re ready for pickup. This process is stressful, unsafe, and unfair to patients who depend on their medication. I strongly hope management reviews and fixes this system.

Who ever the blonde lady with tattoos is, that's normally running the register is just absolutely miserable and always rude, slams stuff down and basically yells at you. I was hoping after Rite Aid closed that I'd be happy with the switch. Maybe if they didn't have someone so abrasive running the register it would be better. When the gentleman (who used to work at Rite Aid) is working the experience is always great

Terrible anymore. Never had a complaint using this pharmacy for years , but over the course of the last 8 months service has been going downhill. Not to mention horrendous wait times no matter the time of day.

The pharmacist on duty this evening was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never met a more passive aggressive, condescending woman. After transferring from Rite Aid- where I’ve never had a single issue filling any medications- having to deal with Weis Pharmacy was a nightmare. Last month they weren’t able to get my daughter’s insurance to work so I ended up paying out of pocket for a medication that she needed. This month, they still can’t figure out her insurance- or mine. I’ve had prescriptions filled before at the Weis in Hamlin and never had an issue- the one in Mountaintop was AWFUL.

I am so glad that I changed from Rite Aide to Weiss. The pharmacist is extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable and they always treat me with respect. Ask if I have any questions I just love this Pharmacy and all the staff members.
