Each of the staff in our Mountaintop office are extremely thorough prompt courteous and professional. Over two years I’ve personally had excellent experiences and improved results with prescription glasses and sight. I have recommending to local family and friends.. Be sure to make and keep your appointment, they are a busy practice!

Greeted with smiles upon arrival. Office very clean. VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Completed check-in and Nick took me to an examining room. Initial eye screening. Nick was very kind, calm & professional. He explained the eye procedure. He did not rush through the exam. The office atmosphere is very calm/welcoming. Dr. Gilbert entered and explained what eye exam would be done for this visit. Dr. Gilbert's manner is very calm and professional. Dr. Gilbert answered all my questions. My next appointment was made before leaving the office. One leaves knowing the staff cares about their profession. Thank you NorthEast Eye Mountain Top!

Dr Gilbert was very patient and understanding about my eyes and took time to talk to me and I would highly recommend her. I had Dr. Brown in the past in the Kingston office I definitely like Dr. Gilbert better I will go to her in the future thank you God bless

Kalyn Harvath was absolutely outstanding. Her outgoing personality was a pleasure to experience. She was extremely kind and very pleasant to talk to. It’s unfortunate that she is only there temporarily since she has been assigned to Pocono Summit. The Mountain Top facility will surely miss her as she is a major asset to the Institute. Dr Demichele, was the main reason why I chose Institute Mountain Top because she is a Dry Eye Specialist. Dr Demichele was extremely knowledgeable and performed a pinpoint examination as to what was wrong with my dry eyes. She prescribed the regiment of eyedrops and procedures that my eyes may need in the future.

Dr. DeMichelle is very knowledgeable and very kind and caring!! She has a wonderful staff. We would recommend her to anyone looking for great eye care!!
