PAK Pediatrics (Mountain Top Office)

We absolutely love PAK! As a first-time mom, the biggest comfort has been their overnight nurse line. Anytime the office is closed and I’ve had a concern, I’ve been able to talk with a nurse right away who helps triage the situation and guide us on the best next steps. What really stands out is that the office always follows up with me the next day after I’ve used the line, which gives such peace of mind. I also love the patient portal, any time I send a message, it’s answered the same day. On top of that, they offer same-day sick appointments, which is such a relief when little ones aren’t feeling well. We see Dr. Prasad, and he is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and professional. When being seen by the doctor he is very attentive and takes his time to ensure that all issues are addressed. The bedside manner is exceptional and makes my autistic son feel very comfortable. I forgot to ask for medication refills to be called in while at the appointment so I used the app and sent a message. The nurse reached out shortly after letting me know the message was sent to the doctor. About an hour after the doctor called me personally to go over what medications needed to be called in. I think this practice is amazing and I would recommend to anyone with a child on the spectrum or not.

I have 2 children that go to this office. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Prasad takes concerns seriously and follows up. The doctor and nurses are kind and patient with my children. There is usually no wait time and visits are quick.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Prasad since she was a few days old. He’s patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to get to know us and address all of our concerns. Being first time parents can be a little scary but Dr. Prasad has always been there for us with every question we’ve had about our daughter’s growth and development. Would highly recommend trusting him to be your children’s pediatrician if you’re looking for someone who is truly present in his appointments, actively listening, and thorough.

Dr. Prasad is wonderful. He is super attentive, patient, and great with the kiddos. Definitely takes the time to make sure all of your concerns are answered. Pak also does a great job at getting us in when my kids are sick. Clean rooms and welcoming staff. Highly recommend!!
